Real Brokerage buys REMAX for USD 880 million

Real Brokerage, a North American technology-enabled real estate brokerage platform, has completed the acquisition of REMAX Holdings, the parent company of one of the world’s largest real estate franchise brands, in a transaction valued at approximately USD 880 million.

The result is Real REMAX Group, an entity that brings together the global REMAX franchise network, present in over 110 countries, with Real’s technology-enabled brokerage platform. The two brands will continue to operate separately, and the global REMAX franchise model remains unchanged.

REMAX Romania has over 65 franchises and over 750 members nationwide. In the context of this global transaction, the local network continues its activity according to existing plans and standards, the franchise model and operational structure remaining unchanged.
