Lawyer Adrian Ciorobea is preparing a new premium apartment building on Strada Fabrica de Glucoza in Pipera, Bucharest.
The lawyer planned to build a building with two basements and 6 floors on a plot of land with an area of approximately 2,600 square meters located on Strada Fabrica de Glucoza 6-8. The project provides for the development of 57 apartments and 81 underground parking spaces, and the building also includes commercial spaces on the ground floor. In total, the proposed developed area was calculated at approximately 6,400 square meters. The value of this investment is estimated at approximately EUR 6.48 million, a cost that includes the construction of the building, fencing and organization of execution.
Adrian Ciorobea is not a real estate developer; as a rule, he authorizes real estate projects and then sells them. Together with his business partner, lawyer Virginica Tanți Dumitrescu, he sold a series of plots of land to real estate developers, all part of a larger property of 23.4 hectares, opening onto Șoseaua Fabrica de Glucoza. And the land that Ciorobea is now preparing was originally part of this large lot.
