Cosmin Olăroiu, one of the highest-rated Romanian football coaches, has taken over half of an investment company founded by Hagag Development Europe, following a capital increase in which he participated with the lands of the former Izolatorul factory, in the Bucharest neighborhood of Obor, on which H East Residence is being built, which have a cumulative area of almost 9,400 square meters.
Olăroiu and Hagag have signed a partnership through which they will jointly develop the H East Residence residential complex, consisting of 7 buildings with 568 apartments and 824 parking spaces, plus a retail area of approximately 5,000 square meters.
The investors are now working on the first stage of development of H East Residence, which includes the construction of 4 blocks with 273 apartments, an investment estimated at EUR 43 million. The structure of the blocks is already erected. Hagag anticipates the total cost of developing the entire residential complex at approximately EUR 84.5 million.
