Developer Warehouses De Pauw is entering the Iasi county market by taking over the industrial park developed and controlled by the Proinvest group, led by businessman Vasile Sandu.
The transaction is being finalized and is scheduled to be concluded by April 23, 2026. The transaction value could exceed EUR 20 million.
The park was leased in 2023 and covers approximately 300,000 square meters of land. In the end, it is estimated that around 130,000 square meters of logistics and industrial spaces will be built here.
Recently, the developer also bought a plot of land measuring over 40 hectares, at a price of 15 million euros, next to its park in Ștefăneștii de Jos.
