Primavera Development has purchased the building of the former headquarters of Allianz-Țiriac in Bucharest. The building is located on Grigore Alexandrescu Street no. 74, was built in 2010 and has an area of approximately 6,450 square meters. Until 2021, the building hosted the offices of the Bucharest branch of Allianz-Țiriac Asigurări SA.
The Schoenherr team assisted Allianz-Țiriac Asigurări in this transaction. The transaction value could be around EUR 9-10 million, according to market sources.
The building is to be renovated and rented out. Allianz-Țiriac has moved to Țiriac Tower.
