Forte Partners postpones sale of Adobe headquarters

Real estate developer Forte Partners is postponing the decision to put the U Center 2 office building, the new headquarters of the American giant Adobe, up for sale, and is focusing on preparing the third phase of the project in the Bucharest Tineretului area.

The investor completed the second phase of the U Center project a year ago and recently finalized the full lease of the office building, conditions it had to meet in order to decide to put the building up for sale.

“We have not put the building up for sale and we will not do so for a while. We are waiting to see which direction interest rates and prices will take it. The tenants have moved in, but we are not putting it up for sale yet. We will put it up for sale at the right time. For now, we are holding on to it. We will also do U Center 3 and then we will see. Work on U Center 3, which will be offices with residential, will probably begin in the middle of next year. For now, we are in the authorization process,” said Geo Mărgescu, CEO of Forte Partners.
