Businessman Dan Șucu, owner of the Mobexpert group, and his partner, real estate developer Redport, are planning to start work on the first stage of their largest project to date.
The two investors paid about EUR 13 million for two plots of land with a combined area of 4.4 hectares that they bought near Petrom City. On one of these plots, the investors plan to start construction in the first quarter of next year on a first block of 215 apartments, part of the Infinity Nord complex, which is planned to have a total of about 1,250 housing units, after an investment estimated at EUR 180 million.
“The investment in this first stage is about EUR 36 million, and sales will start when we have the building permit,” said Bogdan Gubandru, COO Redport.
