Cloud9 appoints Bloom AG, as general contractor for the second phase of the Cloud9 Evolution project

Cloud9, part of Alfa Group’s real estate division, announces the subcontracting of the structural works for the second phase of the Cloud9 Evolution project. These works will be carried out by Desa Engineering Construction, acting as a specialized subcontractor. The project’s general contractor is Bloom AG, a construction company specialized in large-scale residential and office projects.

The second phase of the Cloud9 Evolution project is part of a 3.2-hectare master plan, with a total investment of over EUR 170 million, which will deliver more than 1,140 apartments, over 1,200 parking spaces, one hectare of green areas, commercial zones, and a modern school which will be serve both the Cloud9 community and the northern area of Bucharest.
