Agricola Group Leases 5,400 sqm in the ELI Park Bacău Project  

The Agricola Group from Bacău has signed a lease agreement for 5,400 square meters in ELI Park Bacău, a project in the ELI Parks portfolio.

The company will use the space to expand its logistics operations and distribution capacity.

“This step in the development of the logistics activity gives us the ability to operate a significantly larger quantity of goods daily”, says Andrei Munteanu, Director of Logistic Operator Agricola.

ELI Parks will continue the development of the project, by building a new phase of ELI Park Bacău, with an additional area of ​​approximately 20,000 square meters, to be delivered in 2026.
