Bidli has announced its latest development project in the village of Úmyslovice, near Poděbrady and Nymburk. The project will feature six low-energy triplex houses offering a total of 18 flats and 12 plots of land for individual family home construction. The six planned three-storey houses will offer 18 energy-efficient 3-bedroom flats, each covering 85.5 m² of floor space.
